“I had an electrical issue, the converter wasn't working so I wasn't getting full power, even hooked to the pedestal. I was calling and emailing around to get a quote to have someone come take a look, dreading the bill that would follow... I sent an email to Oak Park RV Mobile Service describing the issue and what I had tried or looked at. I received a response from Lenn and they could have said 'I'd have to come out and take a look to determine what the problem is my rate is...' but instead they gave me some suggestions for what they would look at and then what their rates were. One of the things they suggested fixed the issue. This is AMAZING customer service. It would have been an easy $75 for them, as the issue was very simple, but they provided help in a way that gave me the power to determine if I wanted to pursue fixing it myself, or just pay them to come look at it. I will definitely be reaching out if I have issues in the future, because at this point even if I can't fix it and I have to pay them I already know it will be worth it because I will get great service.”
“After having trouble with our motorhome slide, I called Lenn and he was able to get here in 15 min. He discovered the loose wire connection, reattached and tested the motor and in two hours he had it fixed! Very kind and courteous! Give him a call!”
